In an out of the box Responsive Sharepoint bootstrap installation, a desktop browser is completely responsive. As soon as I access the site either via a mobile device or via spoofing the user agent to a mobile device in Chrome, Firefox, or Safari development tools, the site ceases to be responsive.

I'm using Bootstrap 2 for SharePoint 2010 - Beta V 1.0.5... It is a publishing team site with the banded page layout Anyone have any idea what I've done wrong? I've tried enabling and disabling mobile view on the pages library but that made no difference.

Many thanks.

Nevermind, I just found the answer in the Issues section.

I was missing:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">

In the <head> section.
