Bootstrap tooltip styling

Has anyone managed to get tooltip working in SharePoint? I have my Js to fire the event which is firing but it looks like there is no styling being applied?

In order for this to work I had to update the bootstrap-custom.js as below.

jQuery(document).ready(function($) {
BindBrowserStyles($);
BindTopNav($);
BindBodySpans($);
$('[data-toggle="tooltip"]').tooltip()
});

You could also add a form web part to the page if you don't want the code to fire on master page with the code below.
<script> $(function () { $('[data-toggle="tooltip"]').tooltip() }) </script>

Thanks for providing the code fix. I recommend the script editor web part if you want to add this to just a page and I have found the following code structure to work better with SharePoint because SP has been known to overwrite $.
<script>
jQuery(document).ready(function ($) {
$('[data-toggle="tooltip"]').tooltip();
})
</script>
