Bug in list view webparts

Found what might be a bug in the framework. When adding a basic list view webpart to a page, the drag-n-drop functionality doesn't seem to work. I get the following error in a firebug console:

TypeError: SP.Utilities.CommandBlock is not a constructor
https://cdn.sharepointonline.com/3816/_layouts/15/dragdrop.js?rev=rvaZEcJ%2F%2BHcW7vn3OONdGw%3D%3D
Line 1

I've tested both on my customized version of the masterpage as well as the base masterpage for the bootstrap. I am using the current twitter bootstrap masterpage for 2013. Any thought on this one?

Hi,

Have you tried this in IE instead of FF? I have ran into quite a few features that do not work in FF including other drag and drop items. You might also want to try and quickly check back to a default master page and see if that fixes the error.

Otherwise I have to assume there is an error in the JS included with the Bootstrap for SP 2013 that is then causing additional SP OOTB JS to not load properly but I am not sure. Please let us know what you learn.
